  Abstract:  Problema donaţiei este recuperată actualmente dintr o tradiţie fenomenologică care radicalizează tocmai fisurile deja întrevăzute în descripţiile husserliene şi heideggeriene ale temei. Astfel demersuri contemporane fenomenologice ca şi ale lui Jean Luc Marion, Marc Richir sau ale deconstructivismului lui Jacques Derrida se revendică de la tematica husserliană şi heideggeriană deşi declară prioritar cu toţii că o „radicalizează”. In aceste reducţii absolut radicale recuperăm o interogare comună pentru tema donaţiei: este donaţia o „deformaţie” (Richir), o „conversie” (Marion) sau un „simulacru” (Derrida)? se întrevede un abis în schema donaţiei?
